Description: It looks like it was filmed in Warwick Row, Victoria SW1 - a community based building (now pulled down). A lady with long thick brown hair is leading a small group of 5 deaf people (ethnic minority) - the context is unclear as poor quality film and in distance with the lady (believe it is Lorna Alsslop a well known deaf leader and BSL lecturer/activist based in Bristol ) signing to the group filmed sideways so her face not easily visible throughout this 20 minutes clip.
