The black boy talks about the perception of youth but the adults on the estate. Steve, a white boy, continues this by expressing the lack of work available to youths. They begin to talk about their desire to set up a youth club, with activities such as tennis, disco and careers advisors for unemployed youth. The video ends with the Black boy predicting that unemployment in youth will continue to rise.
