Description: Two young people are sitting on a bench, the sound is not decipherable. A young woman walks away from the bench. Two young women walk out to an empty pram, panicking. The young woman from the bench carries a baby down to the basement. The two young people from the bench now comfort the baby together. They open the door to let another woman in.
She tells them if they have a baby, they will be sent out on the streets. She comes back, suspicious she can hear a baby. Police officers come in and demand where the baby is – while the two ladies act blase.
They are then sent to the police station. One of them has been charged by the police – she is on a telephone with someone asking for help. The police carry the kidnapped baby away.
The tape stops, then 24 minutes in, we see a recording of a map, camera turns around the room unsteadily. You can hear a TV show in the background.
